Waste to Waist

I'm curious. How many inches do you lose from day 1 of your prep to stage?

think i may have lost about 2-3 inches, but i've found that this time i've bulked back up since comp i've put on about 1/2 an inch on my waist, althoug i'm not carrying as much bodyfat as i was b4 the comp i am leaner this time round even though i'm eating quite a lot...maybe up the carbs more he he...

and you?

Well, I haven't competed in 11 years so I don't know. I guess I'll find out in July.

Anyone else??? I know we have alot of competitors on this board.

The smallest my waist gets (show time) is around 28-29". I'm 9 weeks out now, and it's 31".

Not sure if that helps at all.

I would think most women don't get a super bloated waistline in the 'offseason', so the difference isn't quite as big as for most males.

6 weeks ago I was probably around 33-34".

I lose 3-4" off my waist. Normally at the outset of contest prep my waist is between 33.5" and 34.5" My best condition had my waist just a fraction under 30 (29.75). I think if I reach supreme condition I'd probably get to 29.

I'll drop 5-6 inches in pants sizes, but some of that is b/c I have high glutes and the fat loss is coming from over my glutes and abs.
