Pre Contest Diet Needed!

Hey Guys, I'm thinking about doing my first show in March. I need to know when to start my pre contest diet and furthermore what the diet should be. Foods, amounts, times to eat, etc. Any advice from you would be awesome! Thanks.

Usually costs some money for that type of information or some study on your part. I don't know a thing about the precontest stuff but I think you wont get too many responses without really putting in some effort to learn on your own and then going from there.

i suggest u study.. read all the info u can find on contest dieting.... use the search engine and get ur hands on all the books out there... Chris aceto has good books out there on getting lean for contest or the beach....

but i did that when i first started... the first book i got before i ever touched a weight was Dorian Yates "a warrior's story"... it was very inspirational with lots of dieting and massing tips....

Read bro.. study up.... thats the best advice i can give u... if we were to just plain out give u a diet, what good would it do u?? U wouldnt know where to start this and that and when to increase carbs - when to drop them, when to increase water, when to add sodium and so forth... contest dieting is not just about a diet someone lays out for u... its alot more than that.. its about knowing ur body and how it reacts to food and fluids...

Read... study... hope u learn a great deal... dont let anyone take u for a fool...
