Mass^, Norwegian guy

Hello guys, nice to be "onboard"
I was inspired to visit the forums here, and hopefully stay by "NORWEGIANMUSCLE", a mate of mine...A guy that deserves a lot of respect for his disiplin and results..enough about that=]

I am a 17 year old student from Norway, where i live on the west coast (and the best coast) I`d start thinking about my physiqe arounf the age of 15 in particular, tho it had always been somewhere on my mind. With 3 older brothers a wish to become respected came around. So i started weight lifting at the age of 15, inspired by my family. I stared out in our basement, where my dad had this machines, banchpress etc set up. Off course I loved this, and a dream of becoming something one might look up to, earn your respect and dignity became.

Faults were made, both mentally and physiqly. My ego stood in my way of building muscle, think we`ve all benn there? Bit to much weight and the movement s all wrong. Let med post a picture when i felt i first had accomplished some good results, at least from where I`d been before.

Date: 12.12-04

As you can see, my posing, if you can even call it for posing, is horrible!

Here are some newer pics from the time of: 06.02.05

As you can see, my posing is a tad better, but I cant say something for me to brag about Hehe..

These following pics are from around 28.05.05.

As I hope you guys can see is progression. I`ve put on some weigt, and still are.
Please give me your honest opinion. Its an honur to get response from guys like yourselves.

At the end i like to post som extra pics. They are 1 month older than the ones above:

Also, thanks for a great forum guys

Thanks a whole lot to the both of you.

I am currently 18 years old, weigh 75 kilos and height stationed at 181 cm.

Goals for the future is something that i havnt thought to much about. All i know right know is that i'll continue working hard and get even better. Maybe some day i can be able to se myself standing on the stage, but still, more work lays ahead and for me even to consider options like mentioned above I have to have progressed. Still, more recently pictures that I posted show results after almost 3 years of training. When my mind is more educated and body a result of that, who knows. The future is ahead....

Anyhow, thanks for the comments guys. Well appreciated

The only difference I see between 06.02.05 and 28.05.05 is that you are just all oiled up... Oh yeah, let the fun begin!

just need more size everywere, although you do have a good base, arms will be your strong point. although your posing is horrible,it's not that hard to learn just watch a bodybuilding show, it's not rocket science to execute, but is a little harder to perfect.
