I echo that.
Both Steve and Sage are an inspiration even to us old guys in our ahem 30's!
Props to both you guys and to Team Trop.

Hey thanks homebrew. I am about 6ft tall and steped on stage at the nationals at about 207. I was flat for the show and am sitting 235 about a week after the show and look better than I did on stage....harder and fuller so I have to make sure I dont stop eating before I step on stage. In last years off season I was pretty steady around 260ish. thanks again.

Great job guys. Thanks for keep all of IM up to date.
You certainly are a far cry from what the general public see as Generation X, if your efforts and achievements happen to inspire just a few to stray from sitting in front of the TV/Computer screen while consuming bags full of junk food, you may add one more satisfying accomplishment to this journey. Your dedication and ability to adapted to strict diets and follow through with set goals will guide you through many challenges that lay ahead of you in the demanding employment journey, and not to for go the experience and knowledge you will carry forth to your years ahead in the BB competition. Kudos’ to you Troponion, for all your time and efforts put forth.

I never put it together before but I train at the same gym as Steve and in person he looks even bigger than in the pictures. Now that I know who you are and thinking of the last time I saw you I can't help but think "Wow! He's one big son of a bitch!"

Was fortunate to meet Steve and Sage at the Teen nats. Great guys and in great shape! Anyone there knew that Steve's win was well deserved.

Way to go, guys.
