the show was last week, i ended up coming in 2nd in the heavies, weighed in at 219lbs.
time to hit the off season and make the improvements that i need to make.

it was close, he got four 1st place votes and i got 3, always the bridesmaid and never the bride. lol

and no he didnt win the overall, he should have but the middle weight ended up winning, he had a great upper body, but novice legs.

i have really liked working with skip, as a matter of fact i have decided to continue working with him through the off season and into next years prep. i am excited this will be the first time i will have any guidance with off season dieting, it usually consists of wendys and burgerking. lol i am excited to see the gains i will make with him.

hopefully i can make all the right adjustments to my physique and conditioning that i need to in order to have all the votes swing my way.

Oh, I am ALWAYS watching and reading.

The changes in your water plan are already done and waiting for your next stage appearance. They are subtle but will make a big difference. Yeah, it was close but it shouldn't have been. I always say that if you don't want to worry about the judging being fucked up you gotta make the differences between you and everyone else incredibly obvious so that not even a fucking moron could call it wrong.

This will be the process throughout your offseason and for your prep for this Spring. It will be so obvious when you step on stage next time that even the 2nd place competitor's mother will say, "Damn, Faithful has it".
